  • Do you provide RAW, unedited images?
    No. Only edited, high resolution photos will be provided.
  • What languages do you speak?
    I can speak in English, Japanese, Cantonese & Malay. Otherwise, I am also fluent in body language 😄
  • Do you do studio shoots?
    I currently only do studio shoots for products. This may change in the future, though!
  • Can I have a change of outfits during the session?
    That's totally fine! This is only encouraged if the session is 1 hour or more. Please note that outfit change is included in the allocated time. No complimentary time is given for attire change. An extension of 30 minutes can be done with a fee of ¥10,000 (or $USD equivalent).
  • What happens after the photoshoot session?
    For MINI (30-mins) / FULL (1-hour) sessions, the edited, high resolution photos will be delivered to you in a password protected gallery within 3 days. For MULTIPLE (2-hour) sessions, it will be delivered to you within 7 days. Please have your images downloaded and backed up securely within 1 month from the session.
  • Do you do home visits too?
    Yes, I do! I may ask you to provide some photos of your space to better understand the light source. Minimum shooting time required is 1 hour.
  • What happens if I want to cancel our session?
    The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the session based on reasons other than weather or health.
  • Do you offer your services outside of Tokyo or Yokohama?
    Yes, I do! Travel fee applies depending on the location. Please ask me for more details.
  • I'm curious about the 2-hour MULTIPLE session. Can I split it into two days?
    Absolutely! 2nd session must be redeemed within 6 months from the 1st session.
  • How do I book a session?
    Fill up the form in the 'Book Me' page and wait for a reply from me! Once we have locked in on the date and time, a deposit is required to secure the slot via Paypal, PayPay, or Amazon gift card. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that payments has been accepted. The remainder balance is due on the day of the session, in Japanese Yen(¥). If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
  • Does the session covers all fees?
    Admission fees to parks or attractions will be a separate fee.
  • Can I bring my pet to the shoot?
    Absolutely! We will discuss which locations work best to capture you & your furry buddy.

  • What should I wear during the session?
    You are welcome to wear anything you feel that best represents you! There are no strict dress code in Japanese temples and shrines, but it is recommended to stick to something comfy and conservative. Avoid loud prints or logos if possible. For couples, family or group portraits, a similar tone would create a unified feeling in the photos. Of course, you can always play dress-up and even bring props. Changing outfits is possible in 1 hour sessions or longer. Please have the outfits ready during the session. Please understand that the photographer will not be responsible for carrying the client's items during the session.
  • I cannot find the link to my images. What happened?
    I highly recommend to have your images downloaded and backed up securely within 2 months from the session. Photos from the session may not be available after 2 month due to high volume of storage space consumption.
  • Do you also offer videography services?
    Yes! I also provide drone-services. If the shoot requires it, a team can also be assembled to meet your needs. Please enquire for further information.
  • I plan to bring my baby / toddler to the session - will that be OK?
    Of course! 1 hour sessions are encouraged with babies / pets. Please ensure your baby / toddler comes with a full, happy belly before the session. Feel free to bring toys and snacks for the session if that helps. Be reminded that if coming by train, do allow ample time for traveling as elevators at the stations may require a longer route/wait. Similarly, if coming by car, please allow more time for parking availability. A gentle reminder that there are no complimentary time extensions for late arrivals.
  • What happens if the weather isn't suitable? E.g. If it rains?
    If the weather is undesirable, the session will be rescheduled at no additional costs. However, if it is rainy - it could add a certain moody look to the photos. We can discuss further a day before the shoot.
  • Will my photos be used as part of a portfolio?
    The discounted rate for the session includes the rights to use images to promote my page. Some selected photos may potentially be used on my website, sample albums & social networking sites.
  • What happens if I'm late for the session?
    Unfortunately, there are no complimentary time extensions for late arrivals. An extension of 30 minutes (maximum) can be added to the session with a fee of ¥10,000 (or $USD equivalent). Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the session.
